This policy explains what personal information LiloraCreates.com (“Lilora”, “we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Lilora is run by Lilora Creates, Plaza Transpeninsular, El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas, BCS 23454, Mexico, which is responsible for your information. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
- We collect as little as we can: an email address for our list, and what’s needed to sell and deliver digital files.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t show ads.
- There are no comments, profiles, forums or uploads on this site.
- We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Email lists
When you sign up, we collect your email address and whether you’re a player (13+), a parent or a creator, plus the page you signed up on. We use this to send the free gift you asked for, news about new missions and levels, and (for creators) club updates. Our forms never ask for names. We use double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Our email service is MailerLite (MailerLite Limited / UAB “MailerLite”), which stores and sends emails for us. [Confirm data location and link to MailerLite’s privacy policy.]
Buying from the store
When you buy, we collect your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your files, send your receipt and let you re-download from My Account. An account is created for you automatically for re-downloads. Payments are handled by PayPal: we never see or store your card number. PayPal’s privacy statement applies to the payment. We keep order records for [7] years for tax purposes.
At checkout you can tick a box to hear about new missions. If you don’t tick it, we only email you about your order.
Digital delivery
Download links are personal to your order and expire after 7 days. We log downloads (date, file and IP address) to prevent abuse of links.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example, your shopping cart and signing in). Optional statistics cookies (Google Analytics, if we turn it on) only load after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Children under 13
Lilora is for players 13 and up and for adults. Our player signup asks you to confirm you’re 13 or older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; younger players should ask a parent to sign up on the parent form. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
