Write the castle's Royal Style Decree, then make over one section to match.
Your castle looks like a grey box. Pick a style, write the rules, and give it a glow-up nobody can ignore.

What you’ll build
Write a Royal Style Decree with your castle's purpose, style, block palette and one golden rule. Lay out your palette, plan the mix of main, accent and trim blocks, then make over one stretch of the castle to match. Check it against your decree and fix what doesn't fit.
Finish line: One part of your castle has had a makeover that obeys your Royal Style Decree.
Bonus challenge: Show a family member your decree, then make them guess which section got the makeover.
You’ll need
- 5–6 kinds of building blocks

- Style (medieval, fairy-tale, desert, dark fortress…)
- Main / accent / trim blocks
- Section that gets the makeover
Stuck?
- Lay a sample row of every palette block side by side before you start, so you can see if they work together.
- The 60 / 30 / 10 split is a guide, not a strict rule. Change the decree if you have a good reason.
- Count a small patch to check your mix rather than the whole wall.
