What you’ll build
Draw a city map with a key and scale, plan a guide with clear sections, and write about each district and your top highlights. Hide a treasure chest with one sneaky clue in the guide, test it on a family member, rewrite the confusing parts and place it at the city gates.
Finish line: Your sectioned guidebook sits on a lectern at the city gates, tested by a reader and hiding a treasure clue.
Bonus challenge: Add a second, harder clue that only works if you read two sections together. Does anyone crack it?
