Plant a kelp forest and run a glow tournament to light up your base.
At night the sea turns black and the drowned come wandering. Torches won't even light. Make the ocean glow.

What you’ll build
At night the sea turns black and torches won't help. Run a glow tournament to see how sea pickles brighten in groups, then plant a kelp forest around your dome. Grow bonus pickles on coral and light a glowing runway home.
Finish line: A kelp forest surrounds your dome and a glowing runway leads you home in the dark.
Bonus challenge: Spell your base's first letter on the seafloor in sea pickles, then look down from the surface at night. Does it glow through the water?

- Sea pickles
- Kelp
- Bone meal
- A living coral block
You choose
- My garden's name
- Glow style: a runway, a spiral or
- My bet for the brightest underwater light
Stuck?
- Pickles not glowing? They only give light when they're underwater.
- No bonus pickles? Place them on a living coral block underwater and then use bone meal.
- Kelp growing slowly? Use bone meal on it to make it shoot up.
