Enchant ocean gear, then put each spell on trial: does it really work?
Three glowing spells promise underwater superpowers. Before you trust your life to them, put them on trial.
- New skill Enchanting gear for underwater
- Level 4 · Legends of the Deep
- Difficulty Intermediate
- Mode Survival
- Time 45–60 min
- Ages 13+
What you’ll build
Three glowing spells promise underwater superpowers. Enchant a helmet and boots, then build an underwater race lane. Put each spell on trial with fair, timed tests, changing only one thing at a time, and crown the champion.
Finish line: Every sea spell has been put on trial and the champion stands on a podium with its winning time.
Bonus challenge: Put all three spells on one diver and race your old plain self. How many seconds does the full kit save on one lap?
You’ll need
- An enchanting table
- Lapis lazuli
- A helmet and boots
- A stopwatch
- Enchanted books and an anvil
You choose
- My enchanting tower's name
- The spell I bet wins the trial
- My race lane's theme
Stuck?
- Didn't get the spell you wanted? Enchanting is random, so try enchanted books and an anvil instead.
- Keep it fair: same lane, same depth, same pickaxe. Only change the gear you're testing.
- Respiration and Aqua Affinity go on helmets; Depth Strider goes on boots.
