What you’ll build
Tomorrow, the dragon. Tonight, your squad needs courage. Build a lit stage, plan a speech with a strong opening, reasons you'll win and a battle cry. Back it up with proof from your adventures, rehearse, then deliver it.
Finish line: You've delivered your battle speech and your squad shouted your battle cry back.
Bonus challenge: Put your best line on a banner or sign above the portal room door, so the squad reads it on the way in.
You’ll need
- A book and quill
- A lectern
- Banners and lanterns
- Your family as the squad
You choose
- Where I'll give the speech
- My opening line
- One promise my speech will make
Stuck?
- Speech feels flat? Use real proof: your map, the eyes, your drill records and gear score.
- Running long? Aim for about a minute and cut the weakest line.
- Nervous? Rehearse it out loud once with a timer first.
