Explorers whisper about a soft, silent road through the city. Build it, and the sensors go deaf.

What you’ll build
Can wool make you silent? Walk past your sensor on stone, wool and carpet, then hide noises behind walls of different blocks, changing only the block each time. Use what you learn to build a silent road over a buried alarm and see if you can walk it without a flicker.
Finish line: You know whether wool beats stone, and your silent road keeps the alarm dark.
Bonus challenge: Dye the road in a secret pattern that tells agents where to step: blue means safe, red means sneak. Can a family member crack the code?
You’ll need
- Wool or carpet
- Shears
- Your sensor lab
- Stone blocks
- A stopwatch

Stuck?
- Walking on wool or carpet shouldn't set off a sensor. Sneak while you place each block, as placing is noisy.
- Lamp still flashing? Check for other noises, like mobs or water, close to the sensor.
- Need more wool? Shear sheep rather than killing them. They grow it back after eating grass.
