Build a Great Wall section over a ridge, with smoke-signal towers.
Crash-landed on a misty ridge, you spot a stone wall snaking over mountains, and towers that talk in smoke.

What you’ll build
Crash-land on a misty ridge and build a stone wall that climbs and dips along it, with a tower at regular spacing. Put signal fires on the tower roofs, invent a smoke code and race from tower to tower to send a message to a watcher.
Finish line: Your wall snakes over the ridge with smoke towers along it, and your message got through in record time.
Bonus challenge: Make a night code with lanterns instead of smoke. Which code does your watcher read faster, and which is harder to mix up?

Stuck?
- Smoke too short? Put a hay bale under each campfire for a taller signal.
- Wall too steep to walk? Use stairs on the slopes, not full blocks.
- Counting towers? Remember there's one more tower than the gaps between them, like fence posts.
