Give your base a full makeover with a palette, depth and a garden.
Your base kept you alive for 50+ days. It's also an ugly cobblestone box. Time for a glow-up.

What you’ll build
Take a before shot of your base, then give it a full makeover with a three-block palette, deep windows, pillars and an overhanging roof. Add paths, a garden and a name sign, then take the after shot from the same spot and ask a judge to score both.
Finish line: Your base has had a full makeover, with a palette, depth, a garden and before-and-after scores.
Bonus challenge: Give one room a secret makeover: a hidden trapdoor that leads down to a cosy secret room nobody knows about.

Stuck?
- Test your palette blocks side by side on the ground before you commit to a whole wall.
- Walls still look flat? Push windows in one block and pull pillars out one block.
- Work by day and place lights as you go. On Normal, mobs will interrupt a dark building site.
