What you’ll build
Plan a build carefully, then show it growing. You'll draw your design, gather every block you need and mark one viewing spot. Build in stages from floor to details, taking a picture from the same spot each time, then explain your plan to someone.
Finish line: You have a picture of every stage from the same spot, and you can explain your plan.
Bonus challenge: Try it again from a different viewing spot, or draw each stage as a comic strip.
You’ll need
- Your blocks, in the hotbar or a chest
- A marker block for your viewing spot
- Someone to explain your plan to
You choose
- What to build (house, tower, fountain…)

Stuck?
- Pictures don't line up? Stand on your marker block and face the same way every time.
- Screenshot buttons differ by device. If it's tricky, sketch each stage on paper instead.
- Keep all your blocks in a nearby chest so you're not hunting for them between stages.
