What you’ll build
Swap roles and let your rookie teach you one trick while you play totally clueless. Build a Feedback Booth with hoppers labelled Loved It, Okay and Confusing, let them vote on every session, then ask some brave questions and say thank you.
Finish line: Your rookie has taught you a trick, the Feedback Booth chests are counted and you've heard their honest answers.
Bonus challenge: Add a fourth hopper labelled Idea! Your rookie renames paper on an anvil with a suggestion and drops it in.

Stuck?
- Place each chest first, then crouch and tap its top to put the hopper straight above it.
- Items dropped onto a hopper get pulled in, so voters just stand over it and drop.
- Listen without arguing. The feedback that stings is often the most useful.
