Hand out crew roles and build a 7-day schedule everyone signs up to.
Every great castle needs a master builder, a quarry boss and someone in charge of snacks. Hand out the jobs.

What you’ll build
Hand out crew jobs like Architect, Wall Captain and Lighting Chief, ask everyone how long they can really play each day and set milestones for the build week. Then build a crew board and a supply depot at the castle site and make the schedule official with a group bow.
Finish line: Every builder has a role, the week's schedule is set and the crew board and supply depot are ready to go.
Bonus challenge: Make a backup plan: if a builder vanishes for 2 days, who covers their job? Add a "sub" name under every role on the crew board.

Stuck?
- Ask for honest play times, not hopeful ones. A schedule only works if people can stick to it.
- Playing solo? Wear every hat yourself: one role per day.
- Label each depot chest with a sign so builders grab the right supplies fast.
