Every morning the crew meets at the war table. Three questions, five minutes, then back to the blocks.

What you’ll build
Build a war table in the courtyard and run a quick daily huddle: what's finished, what's next and what's in the way. Then build the castle keep with hollow walls and inside floors, and track the blocks left on a countdown chart until it hits zero.
Finish line: Your keep stands in the castle centre with its floors in, and the countdown chart has reached zero.
Bonus challenge: After day 1, draw a straight line on the chart to predict the finish day. How close was the real finish to your line?

Stuck?
- Keep the huddle short: spot problems only and put them on the fix-it sign for later.
- Build the hollow walls first, then add floors inside so you don't box yourself in.
