Build a 10-repeater fuse, time it to a tenth of a second, then race it.
Flip the lever and the fuse starts burning. Can you sprint to safety before the BOOM… well, the beep?
- New skill Repeaters and delay settings
- Level 2 · Rise of the Kingdom
- Difficulty Beginner
- Mode Survival
- Time 35–45 min
- Ages 13+
What you’ll build
Build a long redstone fuse from a lever through a line of repeaters to a note block. Time it at each delay setting, averaging three tries each. Then flip the lever and sprint to see how far you get before the beep.
Finish line: You've timed all four settings, found the true fuse time for each and set a Fuse Dash record.
Bonus challenge: Build a 20-repeater mega-fuse. Are your timing misses smaller on a longer fuse? Compare and find out why.
You’ll need
- Repeaters
- A lever
- A note block
- A timer with tenths of a second
You choose
- The fuse's bang (block under the note block)
- Fuse shape, straight or zigzag
- Your Fuse Dash finish line
Stuck?
- Make sure every repeater points the same way, toward the note block.
- Tap a repeater to change its delay. Each setting adds 0.1 seconds.
- Small timing errors are normal, which is why you time each setting three times.
