Imagine shrugging off fire like it's nothing. Brew the fireproof potion, then time how long the magic lasts.

What you’ll build
Write your Fire Resistance recipe as numbered steps before you brew a single bottle. Brew awkward potions, add magma cream, then drink one safely at home and time how long it lasts. Upgrade a second potion and find out if the upgrade pays off.
Finish line: You've brewed Fire Resistance, timed it and tested whether the upgrade really lasts longer.
Bonus challenge: Add gunpowder to one potion to make a splash version, and save it for the blaze raid.

- Blaze powder
- Nether wart
- Water bottles
- Magma cream
- Redstone

Stuck?
- No magma cubes? Craft magma cream from blaze powder and a slimeball.
- Start the timer the moment you drink, and stop it when the effect icon disappears.
- Test at home. There's no need to go near lava.
