What you’ll build
Give your city a real name, then design a layered banner flag on the loom. Write a three-part founding legend, try it on a family member, make it better, and build a grand gateway on a block budget with your flags flying and your motto on display.
Finish line: Your city has a name, a flag, a revised legend and a gateway under budget that you can walk through.
Bonus challenge: Give each of the city's 3 values its own symbol and hide all three in the gateway. Can a visitor spot them?

Stuck?
- Can't add more patterns? A banner only holds a limited number of layers, so plan the most important ones first.
- Loom confusing? Put a banner in one slot and a dye in the other, then pick a pattern from the list.
- Motto won't fit? Signs hold only a little text, so keep it short and punchy.
