From the street it's a plain white wall. Step through the door and there's a secret paradise open to the sky.

What you’ll build
Plan a white villa on a set plot with a secret courtyard open to the sky. Build thick plain walls, a tiled roof sloping inward and a shady courtyard paradise with water and plants, then measure what you built to see whether your sky share survived.
Finish line: Your white villa hides an open courtyard and you know exactly what share of the plot is sky.
Bonus challenge: Add a roof terrace on one wing. Does it count as open sky? Decide your rule, then work out your new sky share.

Stuck?
- Sky share way off? Measure the courtyard inside the walls only, divide by 441, then multiply by 100.
- Street side looking busy? Keep it plain with small, deep-set windows. The surprise is inside.
- Roof sloping the wrong way? Place the stairs so they step down towards the courtyard.
