Pitch your Wonder to the City Council with sketches and a block budget.
One shot. One council. Convince them to let you build the greatest landmark Dream City has ever seen.

What you’ll build
Sketch your Wonder from above and the front, mark its corners on the site and work out a block budget with formulas. Write a four-part pitch, strengthen it with honest comments, squeeze in the council's wild-card demand, then pitch, answer questions and face the vote.
Finish line: Your pitch is revised, costed and delivered, and the council has voted.
Bonus challenge: Add a 'what could go wrong' part to the scroll: the two things most likely to blow the budget, and your plan to stop each one.

Stuck?
- Budget feels off? Work out walls, floors and roof separately, then add 10% for the details.
- Wild-card demand clashing with the design? Find a spot where it adds to the Wonder instead of fighting it.
