Ferry villagers to your island by boat and give them all they need to grow.
Your island has a ship but no crew. Somewhere across the sea, villagers are waiting for a new home.

What you’ll build
Your island has a ship but no crew. Scout the coast for a village and build a new home for its villagers first. Then ferry them across by boat, give them food and spare beds, and take a census to see if your village can grow.
Finish line: Your villagers live on your island in lit houses with beds and jobs, and the village is growing.
Bonus challenge: Get a baby villager born on your island. When it grows up, build it a house of its own and add it to your census with a name.
You’ll need
- 2 boats
- 3 or more beds
- Bread or lots of carrots
- Job-site blocks like a composter
- Torches

- Village style: stilt huts, beach cottages or a cliff town
- The first villager I'll rescue and its new job
Stuck?
- Villager won't get in? Place the boat right beside it and nudge it in by walking into it.
- No babies? Villagers need spare beds and enough food, so toss them bread and add more beds.
- Night falling mid-trip? Get your villagers into a lit house fast, as zombies hunt them.
