Someone has hidden the explorer's lost journal in your world. Three coded signs lead to it. Ready?

What you’ll build
A family member becomes the Shadow and hides the explorer's journal near HQ, leaving a trail of coded signs. Decode each sign, follow it and mark it on your trail map until you find the chest. Then gather everyone at the clue wall for a big detective reveal of your theory and proof.
Finish line: You've found the explorer's journal, mapped the trail and given a reveal backed by proof.
Bonus challenge: Swap roles: hide your own journal for the Shadow with 4 clues, and write the last one in a brand-new code.

Stuck?
- Show Coordinates is a world setting. Turn it on so you can mark each clue's position on your map.
- Stuck on a sign? Check the shift. Moving the wrong way gives nonsense, so try shifting back instead of forward.
- Hunt in daylight on Easy. If night falls, head back to HQ and carry on in the morning.
