Light up a room with a redstone lamp and a lever switch.

What you’ll build
Your first redstone circuit! You'll place a lamp with a lever beside it and flip it on and off. Then move the lamp away, link it with a trail of redstone dust, watch the power glow, and hide the wiring neatly along a wall.
Finish line: A lamp in your village turns on and off with a lever, connected by redstone dust.
Bonus challenge: Make one lever switch on two lamps at once, or add a second lever on the other side of the room.

Stuck?
- Redstone dust needs a solid block under it. If a piece won't place, put a full block there first.
- Lamp not lighting? Dust only carries power about 15 blocks, so move the lamp closer.
- Check the dust actually points into the lamp. A gap or a turn the wrong way breaks the line.
