Hide a piston behind a wall block that shoves visitors into a fountain.
It's just a wall. A normal, boring wall. Until it isn't, and it shoves you straight into the fountain.

What you’ll build
Build an innocent corridor beside a fountain and hide a sticky piston behind one wall block. A secret pressure plate fires it through repeaters, so the wall shoves visitors straight into the water. Tune the delay until the punch lands just right.
Finish line: Your corridor wall shoves unsuspecting visitors into the fountain, tuned until it lands most pushes.
Bonus challenge: Add a second punching wall further down for anyone who dodges the first. Can you get it to catch the dodgers 3 out of 3 times?
You’ll need
- Sticky piston
- Pressure plate
- Repeaters
- Redstone dust
- Water bucket
You choose

- Instant shove or a sneaky pause
Stuck?
- Missing the visitor? Tap the repeaters to change the delay, one tick at a time.
- Visitors must walk, not fly, or the plate and timing won't work.
- Leave the corridor side of the punching block clear, so the piston has room to push.
