What you’ll build
Build a long powered rail track out of the hub and wrap it in a glowing time tunnel with a dramatic arrival frame. Load your chicken test pilot into a minecart, time five runs and work out your true record before awarding a medal.
Finish line: Your chicken pilot has five timed runs through the tunnel, an average record and a medal of its own.
Bonus challenge: Take out every second powered rail (use normal rails instead) and run 5 more tests. How much slower? Which design is better value?

- Blocks of redstone
- A minecart
- Chicken spawn egg
- A lead

Stuck?
- Rails not glowing? A powered rail only works with power, so put a block of redstone under each one.
- Chicken won't get in? Push it into the minecart, or lead it in with a lead.
- Cart won't start? Give it a push, or put a solid block behind it on the first powered rail.
