Your first real player sits down. You're not allowed to say a single word. Not even 'it's over there!'

What you’ll build
Reset every quest, put your first real player in Adventure mode and watch them play Chapter 1 in total silence. Time each section, note every stuck moment and smile, then ask a few good questions and spot the biggest problem.
Finish line: Your playtest is done, with times, stuck moments and the top problem circled.
Bonus challenge: Draw a heat map on page 2: shade each zone darker the longer players spent there. Where's the hot spot, and is it a good one?

Stuck?
- Adventure mode stops testers breaking blocks but still lets them use chests, buttons and barrels.
- Refill the relics and empty the altar before every new tester.
- Hardest part: staying quiet. Write your reactions down instead of saying them.
