What you’ll build
Lay out three 9 × 9 fields, each with a single water block in the middle, and plant one with wheat, one with carrots and one with potatoes. Light them, fence them, then race the harvests, replant straight away and predict your total by Day 30.
Finish line: Your three fields are watered, lit and fenced, with a harvest score for every crop.
Bonus challenge: Add a beetroot field and a scarecrow (fence, hay bale and carved pumpkin). Which crop wins your food tournament now?

Stuck?
- One water block hydrates farmland up to 4 blocks away, so a centre block covers a whole 9 × 9 field.
- Crops not growing at night? They need light, so add torches around the edges.
- Never jump on farmland. Walk the paths, or it turns back to dirt.
