Three skulls. Four soul sand. One skull left to place… and no way to un-summon what comes next.

What you’ll build
Set your respawn near the arena and load your battle hotbar, then build the T of soul sand with your teammate ready. Place the last skull, sprint to your blast shelter, survive the birth explosion and fire your first arrows as the battle begins.
Finish line: You've summoned the Wither far from home, survived its birth blast and the battle is under way.
Bonus challenge: Peek out of a lookout hole and time the glowing from the last skull to the blast. How close was your guess?
You’ll need
- 3 wither skeleton skulls
- 4 soul sand or soul soil
- Your battle kit
- Milk buckets
- A family member or friend
You choose
- The Wither's villain name
- My blast shelter: the panic bunker or the escape tunnel
- Who places the final skull
Stuck?
- Nothing happened? The spaces either side of the T's bottom block must be empty.
- Place the middle skull last, then run. The blast when it wakes is huge.
- Summon it far from home. The Wither breaks almost any block.
