What you’ll build
Design a puzzle hunt that leads guests across your park, with each clue pointing to the next and hiding part of a secret code. At the end, build a vault with a lever lock and an iron door that only opens for the right pattern, guarding the lost crown inside.
Finish line: Your quest trail leads guests across the park to a vault that opens only for the right lever code.
Bonus challenge: Add a decoy vault with its own lever lock and a fake crown inside. Which clue tells the real vault from the fake?
You’ll need
- Signs
- Levers
- Redstone torches
- An iron door
- An armour stand
- A golden helmet
You choose
- The crown thief's name
- My secret lever pattern: ON / OFF
- Where the vault hides
Stuck?
- Iron doors only open with redstone, so the lever lock has to power the door.
- Wrong pattern opens the door? A lever that must be OFF needs a redstone torch to flip its signal.
- Walk the clue trail yourself first. Each answer should point to exactly one place.
