Wire one lever to a 10-second lamp countdown, the monument and the finale.
Every light, every rocket, every reveal… all wired to one lever. Tomorrow you pull it. Tonight you build it.
- New skill Wiring a long-distance repeater countdown
- Level 10 · Legends of Lilora
- Difficulty Advanced
- Mode Creative
- Time 45–60 min
- Ages 13+
What you’ll build
Build a control room with one big lever under glass. Wire it to a row of countdown lamps that light one by one, then run the line on to your 1000 Monument, the tower crown and the firework pads, with a fanfare at the end. Test, reload and hide the wiring.
Finish line: One pull of the Big Red Lever counts down the lamps, lights the monument and fires the finale.
Bonus challenge: Add a second, secret countdown: 10 lamps hidden inside the plinth that only you can see through a peephole. Do both lines finish together?
You’ll need
- Redstone dust
- Repeaters
- Redstone lamps
- A lever
- Note blocks
- Spare rockets
You choose
- Where my secret control room goes
- The warning on the sign above the lever
- My 3-note fanfare for the end
Stuck?
- Redstone dust fades after 15 blocks, so add a repeater before the signal dies.
- A lever stays on. Flick it off and reload every dispenser before the next test.
- Tap repeaters to set their delay, and check every arrow points away from the lever.
