What you’ll build
The sea is black and something glows below. Pick a dark test spot and run a fair light tournament underwater, one light at a time. See how sea pickles change in groups, then dive deeper to hunt for glow squid.
Finish line: Every light has a score, you've found the brightest sea pickle group, and you've hunted for glow squid.
Bonus challenge: Write a glowing welcome sign for your dock with glow ink. Then light an underwater trail from your island to the nearest reef.

Stuck?
- Torch won't go down? Ordinary torches can't be placed underwater: that's part of the test.
- Keep it fair: test every light at the same spot and depth.
- Nights bring more drowned, so stay near your boat and surface often.
