What you’ll build
Work out the full supply chain from sugar cane and leather to books and bookshelves, then craft an enchanting table. Build a library with fifteen shelves around it, collect lapis and experience, and make your first level 30 enchant.
Finish line: Your enchanting library has fifteen bookshelves and your first level 30 enchant is done.
Bonus challenge: Hide the library's entrance behind a fake bookshelf wall or a hidden door. Give a family member 2 minutes to find the way in.

Stuck?
- Bookshelves must sit exactly one block away from the table, with the gap between them completely empty.
- Only seeing low levels? You need fifteen shelves for level 30.
- Each enchant uses lapis as well as levels. Keep some in the table's second slot.
