What you’ll build
Build two tall glass shafts side by side up to a sky lab: one with soul sand that blasts you upward and one with magma that pulls you down. Fill every block with water, hold it in with doors, then time both rides and compare.
Finish line: Your two-shaft bubble elevator takes you up to the sky lab and back, with both rides timed.
Bonus challenge: Build a secret third shaft hidden behind a bookshelf wall that drops into an underground lab. Who in the family can find it?

Stuck?
- No bubbles in part of the shaft? Every block needs a water source. Flowing water won't bubble.
- Water leaking out? Put doors in the doorways: water can't flow through a closed door.
- Going the wrong way? Soul sand lifts you up; magma pulls you down.
